    Smile Working Abroad For An United States Company

    Hi, mi husban is a Permanent Resident of US, an American company in Miami is offering him a job abroad at their offices at Dominican Republic, they will pay him by check, taking all taxes, like he where working here, Do he need to ask for a permit or reentry? What to do is this case?

    I don't have enough information to tell him what he needs to do; save that if he will be overseas for six months or more he should be prepared to fully document the reasons for his extended absence. If he will be absent for one to two years, he needs a reentry permit. Read this.
