    Default My Mother Was Deported

My mother was deported on my 18th birthday. Now im 21 and ready to do the I-130 for her and my father. For my father i heard it's a fast case since he came here and left on his own will w/o a criminal record. Now for my mother im doing the I-212. and then if she gets approve the I-130. Does anyone know what are the chances and the time process?

    Thanks in advance.

    FYI:
She was deported but never left. years later they founder her and took her.

I have 2 younger sisters that were born here.

I think you should consult with really good and well reputated immigration attorney. This is just forum and many of replies are not legal advice.
You can search immigration attorneys through American Immigration Lawyers Association. www.aila.com. Good luck!
