Served Judgement Papers In Missouri

Got behind on my medical payments,here in Missouri. Didn't make any for the past 3 months and now I am being sued, was served today. WOW. Only owe 1300. with the filing, attorney fees, etc..If I make arrangements to pay this off before court in 25 days, with their attorney, will it still show up on my credit report? The papers mention a lien on my house. I do owe this, never been in this predicament, don't want to ruin my already low creditworthiness. I do intend to pay. Any advice? I am unerved about this. Thanks.

Sorry for not being precise, I know it will be, has been, reported as delinquent, but will being sued, show up on my credit report, even if I pay this off before the court date? Some places ask if you have ever been sued, when applying for credit, and this is what I would most like to avoid having to answer yes, too. Thank you.

A judgment will not show up on your credit report unless the creditor gets one against you through the court.
