I was terminated timecard adjustments that didn't have necessary paperwork filed. More than 5 others have access to making the changes in question. When I suggested each of the 5 people create their own access codes for making changes to ensure accountability I was handed my final paycheck 2 hours later. Their first request to deny my benefits was denied and now I have a hearing on Tuesday. I couldn't be accountable for a system that lacked accountability. Advice?
