Default Friend Wrongly Accused Of Molestation

    in washington state:

my friend was falsely accused of child molestation, a 13 year old girl (his ex niece) accused him fondiling her breasts. her story has changed several times from the act of intercourse to just fondling her chest. the detectives interviewed severeal of people including myself and my friend, he then was asked to take a polygraph and he did and he passed with flying colors. the detectives apologized to him.

the question we have is there something that can be done legally to the girl? she has also said other men have touched her.

however she was molested by her cousin when she was a lot younger. she has engaged in watching pornos, fondling other children and showing my niece how to "play" with herself.

what can be done on this situation????

    please help, thank you

A: I'd guess that holding hands is about as far as you could go.

Something to be done to the girl? Like what?

Other than chipping in for her therapy, there is probably not a lot of legal recourse to suggest.

You could sue her via civil means, I guess. What are you gonna do with the Barbie Townhouse?

Ohhhh, you mean can you sue her parents for what the police believed? No.
