    Default Problems With "ER Solutions"

    Hello:

I hope some who read this can offer some advice. I recently settled a debt with a company called "ER Solutions". They were the company that bought my old debt the creditor. Anyways after repeated pestering from "ER Solutions", and also haveing this debt on my back, I got up the courage and the cash to settle the debt. This was almost 2 months ago.

To this day I have not received the promissed receipt that shows I paid them and that the debt was settled in full and that there was not further obligation on my part. The only thing I got was a notice that from them stating they were taking the online check amount out of my checking account for this settlement which I did agree to this.

I have called them once a week now for two months asking them to send me a letter acknowledging my settlement and it was paid in full. Fortuantely the person that I dealt with was still each time I contacted them. They promissed to send me this acknowledgement everytime I called called them. To this day I have not receive any acknowledgement.
They did offer to fax it to me, which would be a great Idea, however I do not have a fax machine. Instead I ask them to send me it by mail.

My question here is how do I get this acknowledgement from them? I did pay the settlement. I think I have the right to have some type of receipt from them. Any thoughts?

Why have you called and spoke with the same person once a week for two months without getting anywhere?
Get a supervisor on the phone and if they can't help, get a manager and so on.
There are internet sources where you can get a fax sent to your email account like godaddy. Not sure the cost.
