Well last friday i witnessed my friend get hit randomly by some guy (who we dont know). he walked away laughing but my friend hit is head pretty hard on the door because the guy did kind of sucker punch him..we have camera in our schools but in that part of the hall none of them could see. the teacher wasnt in the room.. and the kids who saw didnt know the kid either... its now tuesday he didnt have any scars, injuries or broken bones but he hadnt filed a claim or a charge.. because (Well he doesnt know his name or anything, or address) so i was wondering is there anyway he can still be charged.... my guess would be no but then again...
recap from start to finish
friday afternoon my friend is walking out of the class..
Random Guy Sucker punches..him
it resulted in him hitting his head on the door...
the dood walks off laughing...
My friend doesnt file or call the police
my friend doesnt have any injuries internal or external (no broken bones)
its tuesday afternoon. my friend ask me if he can still charge him... My friend states.. I DOnt know his name, his address, his age, his classroom numbers i dont know nothing about this guy..
my friend asks around they dont know this guy's name or address....=/
someone told me.. if it doesnt get reported within 24 hours of the crime with pictures/xrays of any injuries that resulted of the assault that the attacker cant be charged....unless it was perviously filed (talked with the police) like right after school on friday..Like someone told me... that the cop prolly wont charge the other guy because my friend has NO injuries none at all. so all the attacker has to say is.. that he's lying and he would prolly be let go, free to roam the halls. i mean really...
