    Default DV Classes in Colorado

I have a few questions regarding 36 Court-ordered classes in Colorado for a Deferred Judgement - DV - Harrassment charge.

    1) Will a PO typically allow you to find a state certified course that doesn't interfere with work schedule, or do they just say too bad...you must go to this facility on this day/night of the week...even though it will cost you your job?

    2) Are there many places that offer this 36 week course, and can you find them on the internet?...I have not been able to. - Does Colorado accept the online courses, or is that up to PO as well?

    Thanks

Find a class that fits your schedule, then ask your probation officer to approve it. Or discuss your schedule with your probation officer and see if he can suggest classes that fit it. Ask your probation officer what classes would be acceptable.
