Default Illegal Immigrant Wants To Marry My Mom

My mother lives in the state of Pennsylvania and has an illegal immigrant boyfriend she's known for about 4 months. They have plans to have a baby, get married and then move back to his home country Guatemala. Is it possible she can get married to him? I don't know why she wants to have a baby since she's 43. Is there a way that if this guy becomes a father in America that he could become a citizen. Also my mother is telling me that she is going to sell her house to move down to Guatemala, is it possible once they are down there that he could take all her money. I know Guatemalan woman aren't treated very well down there. If she moves there can she still be a US citizen? I'm sorry for so many questions but I am very confused as to how she can do all of this. thank you for any and all help. I am very worried about my mother and would like to get as much information as I can so I can convince her this is not a good idea. She doesn't and hasn't picked men of good standing before and this guy is sending red flags everywhere I look and I am very uneasy about the whole situation.

She's well past the age of majority, she can marry whoever she pleases.

Maybe eventually. Right now, he stands a good chance of being deported, though if he's planning to leave anyway, that's not much of an issue for now.

is it possible once they are down there that he could take all her money.
It's possible he (or someone else) could take all of her money HERE. Theft is not location dependent.

If she moves there can she still be a US citizen?
Yes. Your citizenship does not disappear just because you move abroad. She'd have to specifically renounce her citizenship at a consulate.

I am very confused as to how she can do all of this.
    What's to be confused about?

She's 43 years old, a grown woman with agency. She's capable of making her own life decisions without permission from anyone else, there is no law that says she can't.
