I divided my quarter acre lot in Lot A and Lot B and sold Lot B. My house is on Lot A and the owner of Lot B built his house on his lot. Lot A is facing a main street and I gave the owner of Lot B the Right-of-Way to reach the street. He built a driveway, an electronic gate and a wall separating the two lots from the neighbor next door. The wall needs major maintenance and an issue arose who is responsible for the expense. I claim it is the responsibility of the owner of Lot B who built it to beautify his property. What are my responsibilities for the maintenance of these additions to the Right-of-Way?
