You have to answer all questions honestly, including reporting arrests and criminal charges.

We have no way of knowing what the ticket was for, or what now appears on your record. You need to investigate that with the court through which you paid the fine.

    truthfully !
i didn't have court The police only gave me ticket for $275 then let me go I paid $275 and nothing happened . He said it is the first time and no record i don't have to worried .I did contact police station to ask them about the record but they have nothing about that . at that time i came to police station but not fingerprint or signed in any sheets. He took me there and gave me ticket Retail theft $ 275 and then i left
    so my questions :
is it appear on my criminal record?
how do i have to answer these question 15 to 22 in N400 application?
how that effect to my application ? will my application be denied? it happened 3 years and half ago?

You need to find out if the final disposition of the case suggests you were convicted of a criminal offense. Check with the court than has jurisdiction in that area for misdemeanors. You may have the right to have any record of the incident expunged, if the outcome of the case was something other than a guilty verdict. If this is the case, do it before you apply. However, you still need to consult an attorney about how to answer questions on your citizenship application. Only an attorney familiar with the precise details of your case can advise you on the best course of action.
