Default Are Bank Levies Allowed In Delaware

    Delaware

Anyone know if Delaware allows a judgment holder to levy the bank account of the judgment debtor? If so, just on the off chance anyone here knows, what kind of form would need to be filled out?

Default Re: Are Bank Levies Allowed In Delaware

I found some great information at this site:

    http://courts.delaware.gov/How%20To/...?JP_revive.htm

    Here are Judgments Forms:

I can't answer if a bank account can be garnished with certainty. My research is giving me mixed answers (and I'm getting tired). You could call the court house and ask the clerk.
