    Default Violating Probation

I recently got probation at the end of January for a speeding ticket, I could not do defensive driving since I have done it in the past year. It was a JP court in TX. I just got another speeding ticket and have court at the end of February. Is there any way to keep the tickets off my record? Does it matter that the one ticket was a JP court and this one will be San Antonio police? Does getting a warrant and waiting till after the probation period make a difference?

    No.

The courts and the police share information.
