    Default Perjury Contempt Court

I am mother live in KS my kids live in CA with father now after CPS was involved. sons were living with his sister and ex wife for over 1yr half when i found out i filed for sole custody. Went to court over custody. He said he didn't get the court papers to get a continuence and see counsel.

I have proof in a text message that he lied can anything be done?

I also flew all way out there for mediation and he didn't show. mediator told me he called in sick with flu. (during court he told judge he never knew about mediation either and the mediator was lying in her report when judge read that my ex called in sick but he swore he never knew anything about it) This is another lie. Can he be processed for perjury?

Also, The judge ordered the father to allow me 2hr visitation with my sons that evening and he didn't show up and i waited over hour at the pickup at a fast food and got receipt to prove i was there. Now this is contempt of court am i correct? Can';t he get in trouble for that also. Thanks

I'm sorry he's being so difficult.

You really need to get an attorney and protect your rights and those of your children. Having CPS involved makes things quite muddy.

WEll i was hoping i could get some free advice from someone here i do have a lawyer but didn't want to pay the money for the phone call it's already cost me alot. And Cps doesnt care one bit about those kids. I called them to find out where my kids are and they tell me they don't know to contact their aunt and she won't talk to me lol what a joke they are. So they won't even do any follow up because they always believe his side of the story even though this is the 3rd CPS involvement and they still allow him to take care of our sons.
