Default property seperation during a divorce

I am buying a new house in TN and do not want my soon to be ex spouse in Ohio to have legal rights to this new house. It will be in my name only. How do I go about buying the home? Do I need to have her complete a quit claim deed to release her interest? In Ohio?

Default Buying a Home While Divorce is Pending

If you cannot delay the closing until after the divorce is complete, get a release of any interest in the new home and a commitment to execute a quitclaim to you as part of the final judgment.
