I live in ORANGE COUNTY CALIFORNIA.
I filed a Chapter 7. The lender never requested relief from Automatic Stay from the Trustee yet they had a sale. I am being evicted now and I wanted to try to work things out with the lender but it seems they sold it at the foreclosure sale. There must be a cloud on title at this point in my opinion. What should I do at the eviction proceedings? I think the sale was illegal, right? Can I explain to the judge and new owner that the home was never properly purchased due to the bankruptcy?
