Can somebody give me some help. I received 2 tickets in New York 2 years ago for failure to pay toll and failure to comply with police officer request(he wanted me to go over bridge and turnaround and come back). So my license was suspended for those reasons. I have a CDL "A" . I had lost my employment due to this suspension and have no way of paying these tickets. Can I apply for a hardship/restricted license that allow you to drive only to work, during work, and home from work, since my livelyhood is driving for a living. I would only need this hardship/restricted license for maybe 2 weeks until I receive a paycheck and than would be able to pay these tickets. Does anybody have a idea if that is possible to get that type of licence here in the state of New York. Thank You.
