Post Can A Woman Rape A Man

Didn't the honorable Sol Wachler decree that it was impossible for a woman to rape a man? But since this CHILD was not a MAN I doubt that would apply in this here case.

I don't know what to think in a case like this. Part of me feels sorry for the OP and his daughter. But I know if I had a 14 year old DAUGHTER and a 24 year old MAN had sex with her (consensual or not) I would blow his "package" off with my 50 caliber. There wouldn't be no calling the police.

Hey, I bet this girls bf feels awful about being out done by a 14 year old.

That he will. Would a good host do any less? But NO drinking a driving! You might hit a bump and spill it!! I will not tolerate anybody wasting alcohol like that!

Maybe it's because I am a guy or maybe it's because of that South Park episode I watched. ...but there is something about this case that screams that BOTH of these people were victims.

This is TMI, but I was a 14 year old boy and my first time was with an 18 year old. At the time, in WV (that says a lot) and OH, this was legal and within code. My parents were not happy about us dating, but they understood that it was my wishes (and probably knew it was legal). I can assure you that I was the aggressor and asked for a blow job more times than the kid on the mock "Priceless" Visa commercial.

...but 24 and 14 are 10 years apart. What she did was illegal. ...I call it how I see it.

...and cheating on the BF, well that's a really immature piece of sh!t thing to do. ...sorry, but I call it how I see it.

...and where were these parties 20 years ago? Kids nowadays are weird. They won't kiss a guy because it's "too personal", but they have these "rainbow parties" and "closet parties" with zero regard for public health. Only HOOKERS say they don't kiss because it is "too personal." If you want to know what those parties are, Google it. It is just appalling what kids do nowadays to get laid.

What she did was illegal. Her life is effectively over and I would suggest she concentrate on finishing college and getting her degree done before she is a convicted Felon and kicked out of college (well, she is going to jail) either way you put it.

...but I have a real hard time swallowing the fact of whether or not she was not both a victim and an assailant. Part of me really wants to believe that she was coerced or goaded and might have been told he was legal. This does not make it legal. Granted females generally rape people that they know and have a relationshop with. With both of them being drunk it makes me really think.

...but the law is the law and what she did is a serious crime.
...and what she did to her BF is about as bad as what Debra LaFave did to her husband. The only difference is that she was MARRIED.

Loosing her bf, her freedom, and her life in the same day. In a way I feel sorry for her.

I still don't see how the hell it's possible for a woman to rape a man.

It was not rape of a man it was statutory rape of a minor! Its rape because there was no consent! there was no consent because the minor was not of age to give consent.

Calm down buddy. Don't want ya to have a heart attack here. I never said it was impossible for a woman to rape a MINOR. I just don't see how it's possible for one to rape a MAN. You understand?

It is considered rape by law. It doesn't mean the young teen couldn't physically participate, it means the law does not recognize children below the age of consent, to have the ability to consent.

Furthermore a man does not require an erection to be raped. As well as it is possible for a man to achieve an erection without wanting to
