Default Using Donations As Personal Income

I'm in the state of Florida, and am trying to start a funds donation campaign in which I will use the funds as personal income. What are the ways and legalities to go about doing this?

There's no law against soliciting gifts, as such. You need to be honest, of course. There may be restrictions on time, place and manner - you're not planning on panhandling, are you?

Cool Re: Using Donations As Personal Income

Send me $100 (PayPal accepted) and I'll give you my opinion which is 100% guranteed to be my true opinion. For an extra $99.99 I'll give you my opinion for the next 5 years. Additionally, I'm wanting to remodel our kitchen and I am accepting donations.

All kidding aside, I'd like to know more about your situation. Why would you do such a thing? I'm a bit fascinated by your question.
