    Default Emancipation In New Jersey

okay so i'm 17 years old. i have a job and i go to high school. my parents have always been pretty great but they hate my boyfriend and ever since he came into my life they've become pretty unreasonable. i never had a problem with them so much until now. they're getting out of hand. they took away my car until i break up with my boyfriend and every chance they get they try to take something else away in order to convince me to break up with him and i just can't take it anymore. i reached the point where i need to get out and i can't hang on for another 10 months til im 18 i just need to get out already. what are the laws for the state of NJ.

New Jersey has no statute for emancipation and even if it did ther eis no judge that will grant such a petition so a minor can live with her BF

Or even because the mean nasty parents won't let the poor abused minor see her boyfriend.

Not being allowed to see/live with a boyfriend/girlfriend is NOT a valid reason for emancipation even in states that permit minors to be emancipated.
