    Default Employment Discrimination

I'm trying to press charges against a company for employment discrimination based on gender. I was wondering if I am entitled to ask for the identities of other applicants, including those who got the job I didn't.

You don't press charges, you file a complaint to the EEOC or your state equivelant and No you don't get the identities of the other applicants either. How do you know you didn't get the position based on your gender? Unless you have some solid evidence, your complaint isn't going far at all with the EEOC or your state.

If you don't know who got the job you applied for, then how do you plan to show that you didn't get the job based on gender? What do you do if it turns out that the person who got the job is the same gender you are? There are only two choices, after all; there's a 50% chance.

I don't see how you have a claim for gender discrimination based on JUST what is in your post. Is there more to the story?
