H1 Transfer With Speeding Ticket

I had been issued a speeding ticket (issued in MA or CT), which has been duely paid, with no arrests made, and no points deducted from my License (which was issued in NJ)

I have been working in NH now, and a firm in NY is offering me a full time position with H1 Transfer.

Would the incident described above by any chance affect any proceedings of an H1 Transfer, and further more, later, if applicable in Green Card Processing?

a secondary question: what is a success rate of an H1 Transfer? are there any circumstances where an H1 Transfer is rejected?

It shouldn't affect your transfer at all, especially since you paid the fine. About the most you MIGHT get from it during Green Card processing is some finger wagging.

If you have failed to maintain status (haven't gotten visas renewed (if needed) in a timely fashion), you could be denied.

As for the rest, there aren't such statistics available, and no one can make a guess.
