    Default Time Share Property

I live Arkansas---I divorced a husband in 2005 here in Arkansas ,In our divorce degree it is plain he was to get time share property which included mortgage payments and taxes--He stopped paying both and because my name was not removed from the time share deed,I was called from the resort to pay or have my credit harmed because of a for closure, that was about to happen. To keep a for closure off my credit,I caught up this bill and paid taxes including back taxes beginning in April of 2006 untill this month,my x-husband refuses now to pay me back or sign a quick claim taking his name off this deed but told the resort he did not want this as he could no longer afford it,He wanted it foreclosed and did not care if it harmed his credit, I have been out about $6000 on this the past year. Our divorce decree states very plain that he is to pay all bills that are with this resort-The time share is now paid off, thanks to me now and there is taxes to be paid each year from now on,I do not care to sign a quick claim to take my name off this but my x-husband does not ask that of me,as he says he does not want it,yet now he can use it and as long as I keep takes paid he can use it, I'd like to get his name off the deed or get my money back one and my name off it---how can I do this, and what will happen if I take him back for contempt-how do I go about this, can I ask that he pay all my lawyer fees, court cost and back what I have paid to get this resort bill caught up and paid for.
