OK. So here is the deal. My Fiance and I have been contacted by Cavalry Portfolio to pay them money on behalf of Sprint. Back in 2002 she was dating a guy that worked at Electronic Express. He signed her up for a cell phone and gave it to her. Little did she know that he signed it up under her name. She was under the assumption that it was his phone and she was using it. Well turns out that it was in her name and now we are paying for it. We have disputed this and we have asked for proof that she signed up for it and to no avail nothing. We are basically asking for Sprint to dig up old documents that the customer has to sign when getting new service. We are requesting those documents. At some point does Sprint have to hand those over? What can we do?
