I Need Emancipation Help.

the house i live in is an emotional and mental wreck.
my family consists of my mother, her husband (not my dad) , my 5 yr old brother and my sister and her child.
the environment i live in is not fit for any child. my stepfather mentally abuses avery one in my house and my mother does as well. the thing is, i dont know enough about emancipation to get it done. i'm pretty sure that i could because sometimes the abuse gets physical. i need to know if i can and what it would take because here in tennesse, i dont know much of the law and i know that my siblings and i cant take much more of this.
