    Default Misdemeanor Expungement In Colorado

    hello, ive been arrested in dec in 2003 but charged in jan 2004for shop lifting at safeway( i was 19 yrs old) and im wondering what i do to get my record expunged or something like that to take it off of my record. and i just now realized they wrote down the $$ that i stole was 133.00 which i KNOW i didnt steal that much i only stole like 20 bucks of stuff and i dont even remember them giving me the miranda rights.. i dont know.. please let me know thank you all!!
    and what class of misdemeanor am i etc

    Unless the dollar value made it a felony (it didnt) that wont matter. If miranda even applied (doubt it did) you have already been convicted. I cannot say if this charge can be expunged or not but you will need to hire an Attorney to do so.

    COLORADO EXPUNGEMENT CRITERIA

    If you don't meet the criteria, you can check into getting a pardon.
