Default Tenant Received Notice Of Judgement

    Florida -
Tenant received a notice of judgement with a date of when the property will be sold at auction (March 4th).

Made the mistake of paying security deposits and years rent up front to owner. Cannot reach landlord (owner).

Should he move out immediately? How much time will he have and who will contact him to notify him that he needs to vacate?

If utilities are in his name and paid for by him, will bank shut off?

Default Re: Tenant Received Notice Of Judgement

I would recommend not moving out until being ordered to do so, except to do hunting for a new residence.
