    Default Civil Demand

    I was suppose to get it and its been like 3 weeks now here in chicago and i still dont have anything. How does this letter look will it be from The store or..? also is there somewhere i can call or go online to check?e

    It can takes weeks even months depending on how busy the Civil Recoery service is. If your in a hurry contact the store ask for the number to their Civil Recovery service and call them

    I see thanks but just another question how does this letter look like because me and my dad have the same name and i dont want to open his mail. Will it be from the store or,?

    Also im just being paranoind, but the cops were never contacted about the incident . I mean if they were when i left, i would have know by now wouldnt i?

    The retailer has until the statute of limitations runs out to file charges. That is going to be around one year

    I doubt you will find anything online.

    These letters can take longer than 3 weeks.

    It most likely will come from an attorney that handles these sort of things for the store.

    You can contact the store and inquire about it.

    No one can say for sure. Your best option is to call the service and if you have a bank card make the payment over the phone

    I see thanks alot but what if i dont have one my best friend offered that i can use his and i give him the cash can i do that?
