I live in Oklahoma, I am divorced. The father of my children has not seen them in 23 months. He is paying child support sporadically. He has been ordered to supervised visits with the children upon taking a drug test, but he wont comply. He has failed many drug test in the past, and has not taken one in the past year. He does not send birthday cards or christmas cards or presents to the children. He moves about every three months and we have no known address on him. He has threatened to pick the children up from school and not return them. Is this enough grounds to have his right terminated in the state of Oklahoma?
