Visitation Rights

I have a daughter who is 6 months old now . Me and my girlfriend have broken up and I would like to get visitation rights to my daughter. I don't have a lot of money and wonder where I can go to get free advice on how I should do this. I am not listed on the birth certificate, but my girlfriend is not contesting that I am not the farther. Will I have to prove that this is my baby by getting a DNA test first.

Legal visitation rights (as opposed to her just letting you spend time with the child) will require a court's order. You can expect to establish paternity with a DNA test AND to be ordered to pay child support.
