    Default Requirements For Applying For A Fiancee Visa

    Hi i'm from the philippines and my boyfriend is from the states.i just want to know what are the requirements for applyinng a fiancee visa?and how long would it take to process everything?where planning to get married and i just want to know if its advisable to get married here in the phillipines or just let him apply for a fiancee visa?and is it also advisable to get a help from any immigration lawyer as well?hoping for you quick response and thank you in advance..
