Default Ohio Schedule IV Possession Question

If I were to get caught with Phenobarbital (for personal use, without a prescription, it's something I need for a sleep aid) it being a Schedule IV, no prior criminal record of ANY sort, being an honor student from High School, a good college student, etc... What exactly would happen?

I mean does anybody really crack down on nice people who need prescription medication and can't get it? My family relatives in medicine can't prescribe it for me since they are related to me but most people I talked to told it will work and keep me asleep on nights I can't sleep or stay asleep (I am diagnosed with acute insomnia by a non-family member psychiatrist).

    Default Possession of Drugs

If caught you would very likely be prosecuted for possession of a controlled substance.

Why not go to a non-related doctor and get a prescription for an appropriate medication? (And please don't tell me that you think this will be cheaper "on the street" than through a pharmacy.)
