    Default Divorce And Assets

I have been married for 14 years and separated for 8 months. My wife inherited a lot of money and assets. I understand that I may not be intitled to any of her inheritance but should I be entitled to a lions share of out personal assets. We have depleated alot of my retirement funds duing the marriage and she always said she would help if she inherited any money.

What she said has no bearing. Her inheritance is hers alone. The marital assest will be split in accordance with the laws of your state and the ability of your attorney.

Have you asked her if she will help you now?

You are not entitled to her inheritence. Hopefully now that she has a lot of money she will not hire a great attorney to protect her assets. Good luck.
