    Angry Deadbeat Won't Move Out

    I have a Friend who's boyfriend will not move out of her apartment. We live in California. He is not on her lease. They do share a child together. He has never paid any of the house bills, rent, food, electric nothing. What step's is she needing to take to get this loser out. Looking for help.

    Being on a lease or paying bills is irrelevent. If he's living there (has clothes there, gets mail there, sleeps there, etc.) then he's considered a tenant there, and she is his landlord. If she wants him out and he won't go willingly, she'll have to follow the eviction process:
