    Default L1 To H1

    1) I am currently on L1 visa in U.S and I do have a valid H1B approved petition which was valid from Oct 2005 till Oct 2008 but I am yet to work on H1B. I am planning to shift from L1 to H1B.

    1. Since I have not used H1B for long time, is that H1B still valide to work in H1B sponsered company?

    Assuming it was not revoked, the H1B remains valid. You will need to apply for a change of status.
