Default Can I Lose My Concealed Carry Permit

I have a c.c.w. permit. my adult son has moved back into my house due to a knee injury and is dependent on my care. He has violated terms of his probation by failing to provide a urine sample as required by the conditions of his probation. Am I in jeopardy of losing my c.c.w. if i don't notify police of his whereabouts? Do I have an affirmative duty to notify them? michigan

If you are actively concealing him, yes, you can expect the issuing agency to look to withdraw your CCW and it may even be a crime in your state. Not to mention the fact that it is likely that having an accessable firearm further violates his probation.

It may still be possible to keep him out of jail. If all he did was miss an appointment to pee for his PO, then it's likely they will allow him to provide a test and keep going.
