    Default Problems With My Girlfriend's Mom's Boyfriend

    My girlfriend is 17 i am 20 the problem is being that the mothers boyfriend is brainwashing the mother into not letting me see her i dont know what his reasons are but thats the fact is there anything me or my girllfriend can do to not let this happen i love my girlfriend and everything was normal until this new boyfriend stepped into the picture is it possible for her to either ignore this or move out altogether which i dont want to happen but i dont have much of a chioce please help

    If Mom agrees with BF its done. Mother has legal right to restrict contact with you if she so chooses. You posted this in emancipation thread but failed to name state as some states do not have statutes for process

    And no, she cannot either ignore her mother's stipulations or move out until she is 18.
