HI i was cought with less that a gram in school i had to empty my pockets i pulled out a grinder with less than a gram in it a pack off rolling papers a pack of cigarettes my wallet the he takes my phone starts going thought it with out my consent then he call the cops in they take my phone my money(309$) the grinder and the rolling papers. now can they take my phone and my money and also i have a prior fore stealing a golf cart when i was 14 What do you think they will give me such as probation or a fine or something??

when the police took you in to custody, they can take everything in your possession.

Not familiar with Pa laws and the last time I looked, they were difficult, if not impossible to research online but if Pa is anything like several other states I am aware of with a 0 tolerance concerning drugs in and near a school, you may be in for much more than probation or a fine.

I do not know all of the criminal penalties you will be hit with, that will depend a lot on the county you were in.

I can tell you that you are looking at a 6 month suspension of your driving privilege as well as whatever other penalties they decide for you.
