We filed b/k in 5/2005 and just got a letter from the trustee saying we would be required to submit our tax return and any refunds to him. This is the first time we have been asked for a copy of our return. Things have changed drastically since we filed, less income for my husband and many rising medical bills that were not included in the plan. We struggle each month to make our trustee payment, so we were planning on using our refund to pay off doctor bills. Anything we can do?
