Default Minor Car Accident Inside Apartments

I was making a left turn in apartments in night time and suddenly a car came from the other side made a slight rub with my car. The other car had a minor scratch and noting happened to my car even a single scratch. the lady in the car demanding insurance information from me but I dont have any insurance ofor the car and i am taking my 8 month baby in my car. First I was scared as I dont have insurance, she might call cops. She said she will not call cops if I can take care of it. But I was not sure whose fault it is. its like a 3-way (T road) I took left first and sawthis car coming very fast. I stopped by she didn't hit my back by slightly rubber the car (like door to door). she didn't give her DL and insurance info.

What should I do now ? Is it my fault? Should we go to court? there is no damage..noting to my car. As it was raining I am not sure if she really hit my car. may be..but not sure.. there is no third party witness also..

What can she do If I argue that its not my fault?

please provide ur input on what you think..

    In what state?

Court could pose some serious problems for you, since you're driving around without insurance.
