    Check your lease agreement very carefully.

    If you are both listed on the same lease, rather than on two separate leases, your roommate will just have to suck it up. She doesn't have standing to apply the boot to your backside.

    You want to move out, so why are you worried about being kicked out?

    Ordinarily, your lease would make you jointly responsible for rent and your landlord would have no interest in how you and your roommate split the rent bill.
