Default May an asylee on appeal marry a U.S. citizen and change status?

I have applied for asylum and have been denied by both an immigration officer and immigration judge. My visa has expired and I am currently on appeal. I have met a wonderful man, he is a US citizen and we have agreed to marry. Am I eligible for change of status to Permanent residency?

    HELP PLEASE!!!

You must talk to a qualified immigration lawyer regarding a Motion to Re-Open and Adjustment of Status based on your marriage. There are strict deadlines and procedures...

    Best Regards and Good Luck!
