    Default How To File A Motion To Dismiss in New York

    I got a default judgement on 9/14/2006. Its too late for me to file "Motion" dismiss?

    You would need to file a motion to set aside the judgment, assuming you have grounds to do so. Laws and court procedures are different in each state.
