There is no visa for a fiance of a Permanent Resident. You may try to come to the U.S. to get married, but you may not have an intention to stay here. It is unlikely that you will be issued B-2 to get married. Also, this marriage and filing of I-130 will not confer any immigration benefits on the alien. You may come here on a nonimmigrant visa, but should have no intention to permanently stay in the U.S. If you get married in the U.S. or abroad, and I-130 is filed and pending, it will take approximately 5-6 years for the visa number to become current.
You should consult with an immigration attorney.
Good Luck!
hey,
well thanks for the advice. i will contact an attorney for more help.
