Pennsylvania-I was 2 months behind on my car payment when without notice the repo guy showed up at my home, upset because he had been circling my house for weeks and had not seen the car. I told him the car was with my daughter, which was true and he could come get it when she got back. Because my daughter used the car it was never at my home but hers. One day he calls me at work, and I tell him he could come get it on the weekend. That Friday the car stalls at a dept. store, so I leave it in the lot, figured when he comes back on the weekend I 'll tell where it's parked. He nevered showed, the following week he calls one of the employees i work with and told them the whole story-the car is being repo, the bank that requested the repo and so on,and left his number. He had never called me and left a nbr, so I had no way to reach him. I actually had to get the number from the employee. He got her number from my work supplied cell phone which states if this is an emergency and you can't reach me to reach out to, and her name and number. I understand that i was behind, but I never recieved notice of the repo from the bank and does he have a right to give this info to one of my fellow employees on a emergency nbr?![]()
