Hello,
I am a US citizen and I married my husband in Dec 2007. We are both 18 going on 19. We live at my parents house now until we graduate college. He overstayed his B1/B2 visa it expired 2005, his I-94 expired 2002 he came here as a 12/13 year old. So now he is out of status and we're married (we've known each other about 6 years been together 2; in the same high school class) We are a real marriage we are not fake we are just worried that if we file the I-130,I-485 AOS package that they will think we're not bona fide because we don't have much "legal " documentation together. We do have our marriage certificate, tons of pictures from 2005-present, picture from b4 our wedding in the court (=, a joint bank account, my married name (his last name (= ) on my SS card and driver's license. Neither of us have jobs because we're full time students in community college and he doesn't have permission to work. So if we file what can we do? Will they deny us because we're young and they think we're fake because of our lack of bona fide doocumentation?
