    Default Fraudulent Name Change

My ex and I discussed filing papers to change her son's name to mine and I didn't have a problem with it until the divorce. I wasn't able to go to court during the proceedings because I was deployed. During the proceeding she produced a birth certificate stating that I was her 11 year old sons biological father. Her and her attorney told that judge that I signed an aknowledgement of paternity, which isn't on file at the Texas bureau of vital statistics. I am now paying child support for a child that I am not the father of and my attorney has never heard of a judge doing this without proof of paternity or an acknowledge of paternity present. I feel that she tricked me into signing a form thinking it was something else. Please help!
