She didn't have to file a police report to get a restraining order, so unless there's some other incident involved here, an actual sworn statement or report to police likely doesn't exist. All she had to do was show up at the courthouse, file a petition, and convince a judge to grant a temporary order. You should be getting a notice to appear to tell your side of the story before the order becomes permanent. Bring your text messages, any witnesses, etc. It should be a relatively easy thing to show that she sent you messages asking you to bring her drugs intended to end her life. (Of course, the reasons that she would ask or expect YOU to be the one to provide these drugs is a whole different can of worms beyond the scope of this post.)
For the benefit of other posters, when someone is threatening suicide, don't respond with threatening to call police unless they are willing to accept your help. 99.9% of the time this is going to backfire on you. Simply call emergency services to start with and let them respond - they will get social services and/or medical services, and/or psych evaluation involved if needed. There's too much of an open door for manipulation by both the suicidee and the potential suicide preventer - let professionals handle it.
