Default Right of a Co-Owner to Evict Somebody

I live in Michigan and my Wife and I did a quick claim deed for her moms house cause she was about to lose it. So all three of are names are on it. I took out a home loan in just my name cause they have no credit and fixed it up and I pay all the bills except the back house. I have a back house where her brother lives for free and feels he does not need to pay rent. Do I have the right to evict him if I pay all the bills here? or does her my still have the the power?

From what you say, you're a co-owner with no special privilege over the property, so you wouldn't have any superseding authority to evict or remove another co-owner's guest. You would need to work it out with the other owners.
