Default Can Restrained Party Be In Courtroom

I have court this week. The other parties wife is restrained from me. I had her removed from the court hall way prior to entering the courts last month because her being there was a violation of the order... She sent a letter to my attorney saying she would not and could not be removed this time.. Does she have the right to be in the courtroom??

You'll have to either explain the circumstances better, or ask your lawyer.

Also, as you were told when you posted, laws are different in each state and you need to identify your state.

    I am in Colorado

I have a restraining order "no contact order" against this woman. I am going to court against her husband. She is not part of the case. I don't think she has the right to be present in the courtroom. It's a violation of the order.

I do not have an attorney for this case...

Bring the restraining order to the attention of the bailiff, and see what the court decides.
